Coaching
Through one-on-one and team coaching and facilitation, I assist leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs who deal with change and transition to increase their communication and management skills.
I work with organizations who want to develop their leaders and their teams.
I also coach individuals advancing to new leadership or management roles from promotion to retirement.
Coaching helps people to recognize their own roles in problem resolution and to transform their thinking and behaviour through identifying new possibilities for better performance for themselves and others.
What you can expect
Coaches certified under the International Coaching Federation (ICF) banner adhere to a professional Code of Ethics that provides standards of excellence that protect both the client and the profession.
You can expect an initial free brief discovery discussion to determine whether I am the coach you are looking for and you are the client I want to work with. Should we decide on a contract, we would design a coaching package that outlines the direction of your goals and the expectations of the duration and cost of the work to be undertaken.
In our conversations, you can expect my undivided attention in a non-judgemental and confidential virtual environment. My approach is always to appreciate the intent you are bringing to the problem and to believe absolutely in your ability to resolve your situation through our concerted efforts.
